How do I update personal details?

Depending on your practice enabling the feature, you can update the following personal details held by your GP surgery from My Health Online.

Select My Account to display details and options:

Select from the following options, update as required and then select Update:

• Change Personal Details to update the First Name and Last Name displayed on My Health Online.
  Note - Personal details are not updated at your surgery, please contact your surgery directly to update details held by them.

• Change Email Address to update your email address. Enter your new email address, confirm it and then enter your My Health Online password. Click on the link to update the email address held at your GP surgery.
• Change Contact Numbers to update phone numbers held by your GP surgery.
